LCWU invites forms for admission in the following disciplines

from 22^nd July, 2016 to 29^th July, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

F.A. / F.Sc. / ICS / I.COM / Home Economics / Gen. Science Academic Session 2016-2018

Reserved Seats

• 2% of the total seats are reserved for the physically challenged students.
• 2% of the total seats are reserved for students applying on sports basis. District and Board level players can apply against these seats.
• 15 seats are reserved for foreign students (Foreign National). They may apply to the Ministry of Education, Islamabad through their Embassy.
• 25 seats are reserved for other provinces i.e. 5 each for Gilgat Baltistan, Fata, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, KPK, Sindh and Baluchistan. Students are required to apply through their respective Provincial Government.
• 10% seats are reserved for O-Level students. Their admission will be processed after the declaration of result subject to provision of Result Statement and Equivalence Certificate

NOTE:

 Admission forms can also be downloaded from LCWU website www.lcwu.edu.pk and the application fee in this case may be deposited along with the Admission Form to LCWU to receive a copy of the Prospectus

Test Schedule

For English Literature  01-08-2016      at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
For Fine Arts                02-08-2016      at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Important Note

Candidates who fail to qualify the Aptitude Test in English Literature / Fine Arts will not be eligible to take the subject

Interview Schedule

For Sports Trial and Interview         08-08-2016      at 09:00 a.m.
For the Physically Challenged          09-08-2016      at 09:00 a.m.
and Hafiza Candidates

• Candidates are directed to appear for Interview along with all the original documents.
• Students having excellent academic record may apply for limited need-based scholarships on the prescribed forms available from the Scholarship Office in the Bushra Mateen Building at LCWU after the display of 1st Merit List.
• Lahore College for Women University offers Scholarship to B.I.S.E. Position Holders

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Prospectus along with Admission Forms is available from Lahore College for Women University, Lahore From 22nd July, 2016 to 29th July, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• The Students must attach two attested photocopies of B.Form / I.D. Card, Matric Result Card, Character / Provisional Certificate, I.D. Card of Father / Mother / Guardian and Monthly Income Certificate of Father/Mother/Guardian, N.O.C. for the students of other Boards except Lahore Board.
• Last date for submission of forms in Lahore College for Women University is 29th July, 2016 till 4:00 p.m.
• The 1stMerit list will be displayed on Wednesday 3rd August, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.
• Forms of different faculties / groups are not inter-changeable. Candidates are directed to submit forms separately for each faculty / group “if interested” because each faculty / group has separate merit. Admission will be on merit.
• Students applying on sports basis must bring their original documents and certificates at the time of interview / trial.
