The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore is organizing its First Convocation on Friday, 18th December, 2015. All those graduates who have completed their degree requirements by 2013, will be eligible to participate in the convocation. These graduates may apply to the In-charge Degree Section, UHS, for registration on prescribed Registration Form available on University website. www.uhs.edu.pk.

The following graduates will be eligible to participate in the Convocation:

1. All those graduates who have completed their PhD degree by 2013.
2. All those graduates of the University and its affiliated institutions who have passed postgraduate examinations for the award of Masters (Two year programme only), M.S., M.D., M.D.S., and MPhil degrees by 2013.
3. The University will award “Best Graduate Gold Medal” in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes run on-campus and in its affiliated institutes. The list of these ‘Best Graduates’ has been displayed on the University website www.uhs.edu.pk. Any observation with regards to the list must be made within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement after which no objection / representation / appeal will be entertained. These Best Graduates are also required to get themselves registered for participation in the convocation. Only those applicants who are to be awarded “Best Graduate Gold Medal” can bring one (01) guest with them. Those who have already got themselves registered need not apply again.

The following documents will be required with the Registration Form:

1. Attested copies of Transcript / all DMC(s).
2. Attested copy of CNIC of the Applicant.
3. Two recent coloured passport size photographs of the Applicant.
4. Attested copy of the CNIC and one colour photograph of the guest who will accompany the Best Graduate
5. The Registration fee is Rs.1000/- for the graduate and Rs.500/- for the guest. Original Bank Challan or Pay Order in favour of Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore, must be attached with the Registration Form

Last Date for Registration is 30th November 2015
