The following candidates on F.Sc Basis have been selected for admission to Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) 1st. Professional

Evening Class Session 2015-2016; subject to the following conditions.

Any Canidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the admission form or

by willful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the department or

employment, expulsion, conviction etc.) shall be removed from the roll of the university.

At the time of admission they will submit 15 P.P size photographs, original documents (Matric , F.Sc. Certificate / result

card & Domicile, NOC from candidates other than Lahore board) & 5 sets of F.Sc & Matric result card photocopies. An

stamp paper of Rs.50/- for Affidavit.
