The Scholars / Graduates who intend to join the Convocation should take a moment to be registered online. They must enter their particulars online (coms.uvas.edu.pk). They will be required to deposit an amount of Rs.1500/- (Registration fee for participating in Convocation) in any online branch of Habib Bank Limited in Pakistan and send original deposit receipt along with duly filled/ signed consent form and copy of CNIC to the office of the Controller of Examinations, University of Veterinary & Animal Science, Lahore latest by 15th November, 2014. After receipt of their complete documents Registration Card will be issued by the Controller of Examinations.

• At the time of Convocation, they will be required to wear academic costume (Gown), which will be made available by the University on rent.
• They will bring their original CNIC and Registration Card; failing which they will not be allowed to enter the Convocation Venue.
• No T.A. / D.A. is permissible for attending the Convocation. If someone needs additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the office of Controller of Examinations.
