Message from Admissions Office

It is pleasure to welcome you to the admission office of GC University Lahore.
GCU is an academic institution, with 150 years glorious history along with
hundreds of thousands of alumni of various nationalities, who attained the heights
of their professional careers. Today many of them are world renowned in the field
of science, economics, governance, sports, civil services and judiciary. GCU has
also been the alma mater of many presidents and prime ministers of Pakistan and
other distinguished personalities as well as two Nobel Laureates – Dr. Abdul
Salam and Dr. Har Gobind Khurana. Owing to such a spectacular academic
history, in Pakistan, GCU has always been the first choice of brilliant students.
Getting admission to GCU is not merely getting opportunity to attend some

values, cherished by every Ravian. The philosophy of GCU for grooming of
students has three major components; impart knowledge related to academic

possesses very competitive environment, but at the same time GCU tries to
develop the collaborative environment and team work through appropriate
teaching methodology and performance evaluation system.
After attaining the status of a university, GCU thrust is now equally on creation of
knowledge through research along with its previous role of imparting the
knowledge. GCU has very competent and experienced faculty, who are always
keen for their own professional growth as well as wellbeing of students by
providing all-out support.

10-09-2014 to 22-09-2014 during banking hours from the following branches of

• The last date for submission of application forms is 22-09-2014 (during
banking hours)
• Merit list will also be uploaded on GCU website: www.gcu.edu.pk
• Candidates applying to more than one category/ major must submit a separate
admission form for each category/ major.
