Lahore PSRD Campus

Riphah International University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PSRD). The MoU was signed by the Executive Director of Riphah International University Mr. Asadullah Khan and the General Secretary of The Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PSRD) Mrs. Rehana Maroof Baray on 24th January, 2012 in Lahore on behalf of their respective organizations. The Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PSRD) is a non-profit, charitable organization established in 1957 in Lahore, Pakistan.

The PSRD with the help of two research projects approved by the Govt. of Pakistan and funded by USA Govt. set up a multipurpose a Physiotherapy Department and a workshop for fabrication of Prosthetics and Orthotics. It was aimed at launching new programs, trainings and seminars on Rehabilitation to support the disabled people through professional and skill development. The Programs are being implemented by Riphah College of Rehabilitation Sciences on behalf of Riphah International University with PSRD.
