Forman Christian College offers 21 majors in its 4-year Baccalaureate honors degree programs leading to degrees in:
- BA/BS (Hons)
- BS (Hons) Computing
- BS (Hons) Business
- BS (Hons) Biotechnology
- BS (Hons) Bioinformatics (Evening)

Merit lists for the FEAT held from 24 to 27 June 2014 will be posted on the college website on Thursday 10 July 2014.
Admission to all degrees requires the applicant to have passed the FEAT Accuplacer. For further information on FEAT Accuplacer please click here. Application forms for the Baccalaureate program can be collected from the Accounts Office in the Ahmad Saeed Administration Building. Completed forms should be submitted to the Admissions Office in the same building. Applicants should attach a photocopy of their result card and character certificate from the institution last attended.
FCC admits a limited number of students each year to reserved seats on the basis of sports, co-curricular activities, kinship, disability, overseas Pakistani status, and minority status.
Baccalaureate admissions at FCC for the Spring Semester will open in January 2013. All updates will be posted on the home page.

Eligibility criteria:
- Students who have passed their Intermediate part 1
- Students who have passed their O Levels
- A- Level students who have cleared at least 3 principal A Level exams (not AS Levels)
- Students who have cleared their Intermediate part 1 and 2
- All applicants need to take the Forman Entrance Admission Test FEAT (Accuplacer)
- Students applying for BS (Hons) Biotechnology must have studied Biology in their Intermediate (FSc Pre-Medical) or A-Levels.
- Students applying for BS (Hons) Bioinformatics (evening program) must have done FSc or A-Levels (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering)

Instructions:Â
1.  Fill in the online form; do not miss out any information – find links to online forms below the instructions
2. Click the Submit button when the application is complete
3. For O and A Level students, the percentages will be calculated according to this criteria:
A* & A is 95%, B is 85%, C is 75%, D is 65%, E is 55%
4. Please note down your computer generated Admission Tracking Number
5. Print the form and attach the following:
- Attested photocopies of the educational documents, Matriculation /O Levels certificate, Intermediate part 1, part 2  or A Levels (if applicable)
- One copy of the CNIC of Applicant and of the Father/Guardian
- B – form in case you do not have a CNIC card
- 2Â recent passport-sized photographs
- Processing fee of Rs 2,000 must only be deposited in the HBL Branch, FC College
- You must write your name and  admission tracking number on the Challan form, otherwise payment will not be processed
6. Submit the form in the Admissions Office Ahmad Saeed Administration Building
7. All applicants collect their FEAT (Accuplacer) Admit Cards from the Admissions Office – all applicants will take the FEAT (Accuplacer)

FEAT Re-sit policy
Students who wish to re-take the FEAT Accuplacer should contact the Assessment and Institutional Research Office, room number 125, Ahmad Saeed Administration Building, from June 2014. The last day to submit the fee and take re-take FEAT ACCUPLACER slip is 11 September 2014.
