Punjab University Lahore , University College of Pharmacy has issued 1st merit list of Phram D 5 year bechlor program 2013-14 on F.Sc and B.Sc basis

First Merit List F.Sc
The following candidates on F.Sc Basis have been selected for admission to Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) 1st. Professional Morning Class
Session 2013-2014; subject to the following conditions.
Any Canidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the admission form or by willful
concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the department or employment, expulsion,
conviction etc.) shall be removed from the roll of the university.
At the time of admission they will submit 15 P.P size photographs, original documents (Matric , F.Sc. Certificate / result card & Domicile, NOC
from candidates other than Lahore board) & 4 sets of F.Sc & Matric result card photocopies .
Students shall pay their dues in the university through Accountant of the Admission Office upto 08-11-2013 after obtaining
necessary bank challan forms before the close of banking hours & submit the original paid Bank Challan in the Admission Office
after this, their admission will be confirmed / completed (Provisionally).
Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission.
The University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission etc.
