Important Notice

In supersession of all previous decisions and notifications, documentions following is approved by the competent authority:

Class work of 1st semester for session 2013 will commence from 4th November, 2013 (Mon).

Selected candidates of 1st merit list should report in person to the admission cell along with all relevant/required original documents till 28th October if they want to cancel their registration. They will receive a 100% refund of all fee paid minus a deduction of processing fee of Rs. 2000/- Cancellations made by students later than 28th October will not be eligible for any refund of fee.

Second Merit List will be displayed on 30th October, 2013.

Selected Candidates of 2nd merit list should report in person to the admission cell along with all relevant/required original documents till 4th November if they want to cancel their registration. They will receive a 100% refund of all fee paid minus a deduction of processing fee of Rs. 2000/- Cancellations by students made later than 4th November will not be eligible for any refund of fee

Admitted Candidates who do not report to the admission cell till 11th November (Mon), his/her admission will be cancelled without refund of any dues and the institute will not bear any responsibility.

After 11th November, all the decision of unfilled seats of any category will be made by admission committee whose decision shall be final and unchallengeable.

If at any time after admission, it is found that the applicant has supplied false information, the University shall cancel his/her admission

It will be the candidate’s own responsibility to check his admission status on the merit list to chechk his admission status on the merit list through IET’s Notice board/website (www.nfciet.edu.pk) or Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/ietmultan). NFC IET will not bear any responsibility to inform the candidate regarding his admission status in the merit list by postal service.
